  Accouple weeks ago I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was burnt, I returned to get a new one and they ended up slopping the breakfast sauce on it to the point my sandwich wouldn't stay together. Then today I get a mcgriddle and there was burnt specks on my sausage and it tasted like burger. Im pretty disappointed with them at this point. So now I will not be getting food from them anymore.

  What do we have to do to get this one as good as vonores. These guys want to do nothing, I swear they want to shut down the ice cream 6/7 days a week. If I honestly got paid every time the ice cream and stuff wasn’t available I’d eat free for months. Vonores is open 24/7 and I honestly can’t think of one time that I’ve been that they’ve said their machine was down for any reason. It’s pure laziness at this one. Food is cold half the time, line takes forever. I just don’t see how vonore can be so good but our can be so bad.

  Always rude and never engage with customers. Like pulling teeth to get someone's attention. Main issue is the roaches. Yuck that's nasty fr fr. When you have colonies attack you at the table while trying to eat then you know. It's time to go. You like the extra proteins then they smis your local hotspot.
