I have lived in Madisonville my entire life and I don’t think my order has been correct not even once. I paid extra to have Mac Sauce put on two burgers, wasn’t given a receipt, there was no sauce on my burgers which were cold when I got them, and then when taken back for a remake the manager had an attitude because her employee didn’t give us a receipt.

Check your order, its wrong or they forgot something. If you are passing through got to the one in Vonore, Etowah or Sweetwater. Safe yourselve some headaches.

Just because it's 9 o'clock and you close at 10 doesn't mean you get to check out and scroll Instagram in the freezer. There was no one in the parking lot and only four or five cars ahead of us in the drive-thru.

Either they mess up the order, the building doesnt honor "in-app" coupon codes, or a fun combo. I just ordered a quarter pounder, add bacon. They forgot the patty. I would have called it in but why waist any more of my time. Id rather just be done with this restaurant. Js I love mcdanks as a whole... but if this was the only one id say its the worst place to eat in america. To sum this place up: if you like mcdonalds but would rather pay more for the same thing, all for them to screw it up anyway- try this place 🥳 Also we went at 10:36am (time on receipt), and somehow the fries were already cold?? Dont they switch from breakfast at 10:30? Shouldnt they have been the freshest? I dont understand anything that goes on at this building. Whatever.
