  Always rude and never engage with customers. Like pulling teeth to get someone's attention. Main issue is the roaches. Yuck that's nasty fr fr. When you have colonies attack you at the table while trying to eat then you know. It's time to go. You like the extra proteins then they smis your local hotspot.

  So apparently at this McDonald’s if you eat longer than 30 minutes you are ordering so apparently they don’t understand laws if you’re a customer that’s called switch and bait it’s actually illegal your hear from my attorney have a great day

  The girl taking orders seemed easily overwhelmed. I ordered 12 1/4 lb hamburger patties. I think that shocked her. Order was made fresh. Order was correct.

  Extremely poor management, employees are either improperly trained or just don’t care enough to do their job. I have lived in Madisonville my entire life and I don’t think my order has been correct not even once. I paid extra to have Mac Sauce put on two burgers, wasn’t given a receipt, there was no sauce on my burgers which were cold when I got them, and then when taken back for a remake the manager had an attitude because her employee didn’t give us a receipt.

  I have lived in Madisonville for a years. I just stopped going there. You want a shake... to bad the machine is down (it always is). Check your order, its wrong or they forgot something. If you are passing through got to the one in Vonore, Etowah or Sweetwater. Safe yourselve some headaches.
