Ordered a 12 piece family meal which isn't crazy, and at the window I wasn't informed it would be a long wait and given a chance to decline. Just allowed to pay and asked to pull forward to wait. Waited 45 minutes and had to go in to use the rest room, was asked if im still waiting then told they had a bog order come in and had to drop more chicken. After returning to the car that's still running because it's cold and they don't have parking spots on the drive thru side, I waited another 45 minutes bef before my meal was brought out. Just no words, wone be back. Even the person behind me waited forever for two small bags. Sad.
