  We stopped in for the pizza bar last night. It was somewhat disappointing in the amount of time it took to get fresh pizza on the bar; it seemed like the bar had been given up on. Our biggest disappointment was our service. We were ignored by the server, who was more interested in serving the tables around us. We did not get refills, did not get checked on, and waited over 20 minutes after plates were cleared for our check.

  A very cozy and family oriented eating establishment. Your menu is right-on, offering a diverse selection of food to meet any appetite. The only reason I failed to submit a 5 star rating is due to your bread and buns. I find them too soft and mushy (if that's a word). They do not stand up to the fantastic food you place on them. The hamburger and cheese steak soaks the bread to the point it competes with the flavor of your high quality food and lowers the quality of eating at Bert's. Other than that, I would stop in more often. As a good cook myself, I'd build my sandwiches with a firmer bread which holds up better, creating a more enjoyable dish.

  Never been here but was craving pizza so we stopped and got a large meat pizza, but for $1.99 you can add a cheese pizza so yes!!! They have a drive thru and customer service was amazing, he let us order threw the drive thru. Pizza was fresh and hot and so good, we got ranch also and it taste homemade it was a great combination with their pizza!

  Always good! We had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was cooked perfectly. I love that you guys actually use grilled chicken and not prepackaged chicken 😋

Every time I’ve been — and this was my fourth visit — the food has been consistently great. Fresh, hot, and made with the kind of care you only get from a place that knows its community. The staff is perfect. Friendly without being over the top, quick without making you feel rushed. They treat you like you’ve been coming there for years, even if you’re just walking in for the first time. What I appreciate most is the reliability. Good food, good people, and a place that feels steady. In a world full of chain restaurants and forgettable meals, Bert’s stands out because it’s real. It’s local. And it delivers every single time. I’ll definitely be back — and probably sooner than I should admit.
