  I ordered And when got to window I could not find my wallet so I got out of line and let car behind me go forward while I looked for my wallet and I found in just a few minutes so I got back in line I should have just pulled off i ordered soft taco supreme and I got 3 tacos and a cimenswirl thing and when I got to my friends house to eat they charged me for the soft taco supreme and I did not have any of them and what I did have was ice cold cinnamon swirls where almost crumbs and I had no straw for my drink I spent almost 20.00 dollars on 7.00 worth of food I will definitely question going back to the rivergate location even if I was offered a replacement order look your order over really good if you go there

  Waited in line for 15 minutes and my one burrito still wasn’t ready. They made me pull around and park for another ten minutes. I just wanted something to eat before work, but now I’m late. These people are SLOW and they don’t care AT ALL. Avoid at all costs.

  night manager refused a paying customer to use the restroom BEFORE lobby closing hours(walked in unlocked doors and she kicked me out) . She was extremely rude and did not treat me with any respect regardless of my kindness. 7 years in fast food and i have never experienced something like this. Experience was 3/21 at 10:30pm

  Everything about this place is no good..that is the worse place to order Uber Eats. How come you guys didn’t check the names before giving the driver wrong order.. I spent over $100 for this order and get someone else order. Stupid people that works at Taco Bell
