  I had not been to one of these stores in a long time. To my shock, the size of the sandwiches are much smaller. Same price but like 1/3 smaller. Tasted great but kinda not what I was looking for.

  It was good didn't get the pickle does it not come with the meal? And I thought they had steak but employees said they didn't.

  My daughter asked for a JJ sandwich to take on tomorrow's field trip. We have done this in the past and ask to get the lettuce and tomatoes on the side so her sandwich doesn't get soggy. I was closer to the Hendersonville location, so I stopped there and was rudely told that they "don't do that". I explained what it was for and was told "yeah I said we don't do that". This is obviously not a JJ policy since I have had another location honor the request in the past and left Hendersonville location and went straight to the Rivergate location. There the kind worker said "no problem" and even said "I put a fork in the bag to help her put everything on her sandwich tomorrow". That is customer service!

  I always order the same sandwich. This is the first time the sandwich actually looked like the commercials lol. It was perfect, The workers were awesome. Most definitely will go back.

  The location will utilize uber or door dash for delivery. I am less than a mile away from the location and I never received my food. They reported to me that the third party that they used must of stole the food. I have never had that happen with other deliveries.
