- JTJordan TaylorApr 10, 20261.0Zero parking here because all the employees from Five Guys and the Banfield Pet Hospital park in the parking lot out front, instead of the parking area behind the building that was literally built for them... Not the best Five Guys experience... employees don't seem to care. Everyone's just punching a clock and getting a paycheck. Sigh. Super expensive too - for a danged burger, fries, and coke. I expected it to be more than fast food per se, but not the same basic cost of a sit down restaurant.

Five Guys promoted a BOGO Burger Deal for 2/17/26, but when I tried to redeem it, the staff told me their system had “crashed” and that management would not honor the deal under any circumstances. No workaround and no attempt to make it right other than a flat refusal. If a business advertises a promotion, customers shouldn’t be penalized because their internal systems fail. It’s disappointing to make a trip based on a deal only to be turned away over something completely outside the customer’s control. This experience really damaged my trust in this location, and I hope management rethinks how they handle situations like this in the future.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
