Literally 6 cars waiting in front of the building for their food. Every Taco Bell location we go to, they do this. Its a horrible look! What is faster about servicing one car at a time in the line and getting them out the way than trying to service multiple cars at once and everyone waiting in the front together?

The cinnamon twists had no cinnamon and sugar on them. Just tasted like crunchy grease which is disgusting. This place needs to close. I will never order doordash if it's coming from this place.

Not sure if I'll return here ever again as to not contribute to support horrible customer service. I used to love getting out of the car and experiencing customer service as it should be. Now we have to settle for this lack of passion. That nobody will take the time to read these very serious and heartfelt issues our hospitality service ethics are drawing nearer and nearer to.
