  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had at your location involving the General Manager, Richard. I visited the store during my lunch break, which is one hour long. I spent the majority of that time waiting for my order, which was never received due to poor time management by the food preparers. Because I could no longer wait without risking being late returning to work, I requested a refund. The General Manager was initially unwilling to issue the refund. I was asked to sign my receipt, which I did. After leaving the store, I received a phone call from Richard, who proceeded to argue with me over the situation after I stated that I intended to contact corporate regarding my experience. During this call, Richard further escalated the situation by threatening to contact my employer’s Human Resources department and falsely accuse me of throwing a receipt at him. This allegation is untrue and extremely concerning. Contacting or threatening to contact a customer’s employer over a routine service complaint is inappropriate, unprofessional, and retaliatory in nature. I expect management staff to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully. The behavior displayed by the General Manager was the opposite and has left me deeply disturbed. I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate confirmation that no attempt has been or will be made to contact my employer regarding this incident. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

  Got here at 11:10 didn't get food until 11:50 food was bad and I asked for boneless wings and they gave me bone in and expected me to keep it with no explanation on top of my coworkers never received her food at all and the manager rude and didn't care

  I paid 50 dollars for my order just for them not to get my order right I paid for item on my pizza and it wasn’t on there and they won’t answer for me to let them know poor service this is my 2nd time order from this location and they disappointed me yet again I will not be returning

  Just ordered a HUGE order for my work place. 70 pizzas with less than 24 hour notice. (I know I’m sorry). General Manager Richard was amazing. He was so polite and understanding and also helpful. Thank you Richard and team!!!
