  If you want your order to be correctly made, do not go here. I submitted an order over the app so all requests were in writing - my salad was completely wrong. Wrong base greens, wrong ingredients, requested add ons not included. The worst part is they put onions on it when I specifically asked for NO onions. I cannot eat onions - this salad went in the trash... total waste of money. Let me add that I did not check it before making the 25 minute drive home, so I was not going back! The order was also late and the place was empty, it should have been ready on time. I will NOT be back to this location. The people need to learn to READ!

  I've had some bad meals in my day but this is by and far the worst. The cashier couldn't work the cash register properly so here comes the manager to straighten things out. That still took 10 minutes to do. So after the order was placed it was uncanny just how fast it was ready. The first spoonful of the French Onion soup told the tale. It was cold , the cheese wasn't melted and the croutons ( I guess instead of French bread) were stale. Oh did I mention the soup was cold. And the so called kitchen staff were of no help at all. As in it was hot when we put it in the bowl. I heard Panara bread was so good. Why lie to me! I'll never go back. The Rivergate location needs a complete overhaul or closed for good.

  I recently visited Panera Bread and was thoroughly disappointed with my meal. The chicken noodle soup was good but barely warm. The accompanying bread was underbaked, with a moist and doughy center that made it unappetizing. My sandwich was equally disappointing, when I took a bite, the meat was chilled straight through to the core but somehow the cheese was melted, and yes I asked for the sandwich to be hot. The only redeeming part of the experience was the agave lemonade, which was refreshingly good. Overall, this visit fell far short of expectations for a place known for fresh, quality food, not worth the $20.49.
