  For a Saturday night dinner at this location, the place wasn't crowded at all, we were sat almost immediately and were served within 5 minutes of sitting down. Our server, Jayden, was absolutely amazing from start to finish, checked on us throughout our time there, didn't hover and was transparent about anything we ordered that would cost more. Our food was very delicious. This location has certainly improved the quality of their staff and the food for the price. Please continue this trend. But Jayden was exceptional and should be given a raise!! :)

  I had a few hiccups with my food but thr manager and server were very attentive. They were receptive to my needs and fixed it promptly!!

  Outback kindly accommodated our rowdy group of 11 adults. And let me tell you, we had a much needed blast tonight - who knew we could have so much fun at Outback! We were seated quickly, in an area that fit us all so comfortably. Our waitress was Alexis D. And she was absolutely PHENOMENAL. The food was your typical Outback food, but our waitress took the place to a whole new level. She kept us laughing, we kept her laughing, the entire night was so much fun. While she is new she isn't perfect, she's a human not a robot but that girl kept up with us, a group of 11 who at best have the listening skills and attention span of toddlers most of the time. She managed us, her first party of people, truly an honor for us. We might have just met her tonight, but it felt like she had known us for years, she just jumped in matched our energy and vibes. Our drinks never emptied, our plates never piled up, our food was accurate and came out quickly. Only one plate didn't arrive with the rest and the kitchen staff came out to tell us they didn't like the steak that was prepared and we're already cooking a new one and it would be out shortly (and they added a bonus to make up for the delay). Anywhere else would have shoved a subpar plate out the door crossing their fingers hoping for the best, but not these guys! It was clear they took pride in what left that kitchen. So if you're looking to go out but don't want to head into Nashville, seriously go to Madison Outback, ask for Alexis D and have a good time locally.
