  went to this mcdonald’s at 3:30 am and the staff was horrible, the guy taking the order loudly sighed while taking the order and when i got to the first window he completely ignored me and didnt say a word, when we got to the 2nd window the lady there wasnt as miserable but the shake machine was down so my fiance couldnt get her Large shamrock shake and when we asked for a strawberry smoothie for a replacement and they gave us a 75% full small smoothie, fries were stale, chicken was chewy and my mccrispy deluxe had 3 tiny slices of tomato and COVERED in mayo literally doused in mayo, i will never be coming here again

  Food was cold soda was watery and not carbonated and the place was disgusting. Every table was dirty and not even busy so no reason to not be cleaned

  I'd like somebody to make this make sense. I order a medium frappe with two shots of espresso every morning and instead of just making it in a large cup and charging me a 50 more cents or something like that for a bigger cup they either want to charge me for the large frappe or make me a small frappe and add the two shots of espresso and put it in a medium cup. So either way one of us is losing mostly me because a small frappe is about half the size of a medium frappe which is what I'm paying for. If I get the shots of expresso on the side it's almost $4 more. But if you add the shots of espresso into a large cup which if I just buy a cup of ice is like $0.50 so therefore I'd be paying for the large cup what are you guys really out You're saving money on the medium cup because you're not giving it to me You're not making any extra frappe I'm paying for the shots of espresso. And the only way for you to deal with it the lady at the window was really nice but the guy at the second window didn't even speak to me. That's okay though because there's a Starbucks down the road and I guess I'll have to go there instead. It's just sad how all these fast food chains have become so corporized and all they care about is corporate and money that they can't even find a simple solution or listen to the person. All they want to do is take your money anything for an extra dollar which technically in this case you'd be charging me like 250 either way we go about it and you're only losing like 50 cents because I know those cups don't cost you that much. Hope u have a blessed day I'll be praying for y'all.

  I love McDonald’s but I just received absolutely terrible customer service from this locations manager. I paid online for pickup of 20 chicken nuggets. The app said it was time to pickup as I ordered just before 10 pm. I arrived at 10:09 pm to pickup and the female Hispanic manager (she declined giving me her name) told me her screen says pickup at 11:05 pm so that’s when it will be ready. I attempted to show her my receipt and online showing different. She stated she did not care, that it’s McDonald policy and I could not have my food regardless of my receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. No resolution or manners whatsoever. I then paid at the register for the same order again and they gave me cold food.
