  I always order the same sandwich. This is the first time the sandwich actually looked like the commercials lol. It was perfect, The workers were awesome. Most definitely will go back.

  The location will utilize uber or door dash for delivery. I am less than a mile away from the location and I never received my food. They reported to me that the third party that they used must of stole the food. I have never had that happen with other deliveries.

  Shoutout to the crew at Jimmy John’s #2618 on Gallatin Pike North for absolutely crushing it. The customer service was on point—friendly, fast, and dialed in—and the sandwich? Straight-up gangster. Fresh, stacked right, and exactly what you want when you walk into Jimmy John’s. This location is doing it right. Keep up the great work.

  I don’t know what the problem is with this particular location, but I usually go to Jimmy John’s so that I can get a little bit of extra meat on my subway sandwich, but I went to this place and I should’ve went back and complained, but I wasn’t a hurry, but they put only one thin slice of turkey meat on my sandwich and it was all bread and lettuce and tomato and cheese. There was hardly no meat whatsoever. Sad.
