- CSChris ScalesFeb 17, 20261.0I left this location feeling incredibly frustrated. Five Guys promoted a BOGO Burger Deal for 2/17/26, but when I tried to redeem it, the staff told me their system had “crashed” and that management would not honor the deal under any circumstances. No workaround and no attempt to make it right other than a flat refusal. If a business advertises a promotion, customers shouldn’t be penalized because their internal systems fail. It’s disappointing to make a trip based on a deal only to be turned away over something completely outside the customer’s control. This experience really damaged my trust in this location, and I hope management rethinks how they handle situations like this in the future.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
