  I recently visited this establishment a couple days ago, and was served by a worker named Neal. I moved to nashville a couple years ago and this was by FAR the best service ive received since coming here, our interaction was very short but felt very welcoming and over all very pleasant. Neal made getting food 10 times better then normal, while still being fast and diligent about getting the food out to me 10/10 customer service.

  Do not go to this nasty trifling dairy Queen the children who are employees there they do not wear gloves there they touch the trash the broomsticks then touch on your food. Also they do not prepare your meals until you pull up therefore making you wait 5 to 7 minutes just to receive your food. Also the employees get mad when they mess up your order just because they weren't paying attention and failed to listen correctly I do not recommend this location the employees need to be fired or reprimanded. Also the health department needs to stop by and pay this location in unannounced visit to verify this review.

  I went to this location 3 days in a row, Wednesday September 17, Thursday September 18 and Friday September 19. On Wednesday the 17th my grandson wanted an Orio blizzard, he has a peanut allergy and when he got home he tasted peanut so we threw the blizzard away. So when we went back on Thursday the 18th I informed them of the situation and the manager that was working that night apologized and told us to always let them know before ordering so that they could wash everything off prior to making a blizzard. I told her thank you and from now on we would let them know. Well on Friday the 19th he wanted another blizzard and when I placed the order I told them about his allergy and when we pulled around to pay and pick up order a different manager informed us that they not responsible for any contamination. I informed her that the manager from the night before told us to let them know when ordering and it wouldn't be any problem. Sorry I don't remember the young lady name from Friday night (I'm sure you can find out) but she was not happy with us. So to keep my grandson safe from an allergic reaction I guess I need to take my business elsewhere. We spent around $30 each night ($90 total) so my money can be spent where it's appreciated at.
