  What a horrible experience you should be ashamed of yourself Arby's was one of the last fast food places I will eat at and I will never be back the worst food I've eaten in a long time. The bun was tough hardly any meat no taste for the fries. 14.00 for a meal that was so disgusting is i guess the new normal for Arby's!!!!!!!

  I would give 0 stars. I just pulled up to the drive thru. The lady that came over the speaker says welcome to Arby’s how may I help you. I say give me one second please. She says oh my god. I say nevermind thank you. If you didn’t want to go work why show to be rude. It explains why it’s no customers. I chose Arby’s first out of all food places in rivergate. I will not return.

  Been here twice in six months and both times I was disgusted by the very dirty floor. Not only visibly gross but your shoes will stick with every step. They’ve got to clean the floor more often with clean water and soap. I can only imagine what else is gross behind the scenes. Can’t come back because I don’t like feeling dirty while having a quick meal. Also if I pay cash and my change is $10.13 but you don’t have pennies, that’s not my fault, give me back $10.15 instead of shorting me three cents.

  Every time I come here it feels I'm always being served food that has been sitting out for hours. The only time its fresh is if they make it fresh. The food is never hot. This is my last visit. No wonder why it always appears to be empty.
