When the employee immediately closed the window I assumed they were preparing the chicken nuggets, but she didn't say anything about it possibly taking a little bit longer. After 11 minutes she finally returned to the window to hand me 2 drinks that were for the car behind me. I informed her that we hadn't ever received our food and asked for a refund, which I quickly received with no apology, only an excuse.
