When the employee finally opened it, there was no hello or good morning—just “you can come in, but the register isn’t open yet,” as if I was inconveniencing her. I asked if I could order food and was met with visible annoyance before being told I could “start my order.” She rang it up, told me the total, and then walked away from the register, leaving me alone to swipe my card. Zero customer service. The whole experience felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location and experienced this. If this is how customers are treated here, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. I won’t be returning to this location.
