Today the app is letting me reuse my points without telling me a pizza was working, so I used the same points for 2 identical pizzas unknowingly. The good news is it’s still letting me use them lol. They give no grace. It’s simply a business. Not the neighborhood pizza joint, and it’s sad they can’t see that. They missed out on so much tip money too.

Was told by the "manager", Sara(h), that they could not break $100 bill for delivery and said, that's fine, just change it to carry-out and she said, "well you'd still have to have that broken elsewhere cause we can't get into the safe." Is cash not accepted anymore? So when I told her to just forget the order then, because I'm not making an extra stop for something a manager should be able to do, she coped an attitude and said, "Gladly." I'm always astounded as how much of someone's job I have to do, while they're being paid. I'll go give my money to Papa John's instead. At least they can make change in the store. 🙄
