  Wife and I stopped here on the way to Gatlinburg and I gotta say that it was probably the poorest service I've received at a McDonald's. We were one of two parties in the whole restaurant. We ordered off of the kiosk and took a table number, placed it on our table. They didn't even bother bringing the food out to us despite there literally being NOBODY in the place. I ordered the KPop Demon Hunters lunch/dinner 10pc nugget meal and didn't get the rayemon fry shaker seasoning with it, which was the entire reason why I ordered the meal anyways. I understand if they were out of it, but nobody even told me that. We also ordered the hunter sauce and the demon sauce but only received the demon sauce. I think this self explanation of the restaurant is very telling. Guy at the counter seemed annoyed to even be there and rolled his eyes when I asked for napkins cause they didn't bother giving us any and didn't have any on the table. This place sucks, go to the KFC Taco Bell next door. The only thing they did right was my Shamrock Shake and I'm gonna write that off as a fluke because I love the shamrock shake.

  This is one of the better McDonalds. They have their moments that are not perfect, but in general, the people are friendly, and the food is how it should be.

  Service is always poor at this store. It's almost always slow and less than friendly staff.

  Went inside to get take out as when we were pumping gas we saw people turning around in the drive thru as it was so slow. As I am writing this review, it has been 45+ minutes since ordering my $10 meal. I can see over 5 people in the kitchen doing basically nothing. The restaurant itself is very dirty, garbage everywhere and the workers also appear untidy. There was a door dash driver here waiting for 30+ minutes for his order. There are now 20+ people inside the restaurant waiting for their food and not one has been served in the last 20 minutes. HORRIBLE RESTAURANT - DO NOT GO HERE!

  I recently visited your restaurant and had a very frustrating experience with my order and the service I received. I ordered a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, no pickles, no onions, added Big Mac sauce, and apple slices instead of extra fries. When I received my order at the drive-through, it was completely incorrect. There were no apple slices and I was given chicken nuggets instead of the cheeseburger. I went inside to have the order corrected, and the staff gave me dirty looks before someone finally came to help. The employee who assisted me appeared annoyed about fixing the mistake. When I received the remade order, it was still wrong—it didn’t have cheese and barely had any Big Mac sauce. I had to send it back again just to have cheese added. When I finally got the burger back with cheese, I mentioned that a little more Big Mac sauce would be nice, and the employee rolled their eyes at me. This entire experience was very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude from the staff and the repeated errors with such a simple order were unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers receive better service.
