And when I say, well, they always make it that way for me, the manager on duty for screams not tonight and not on my shift, if that's how you're going to be treating your customers, you definitely do not need to be a manager and you definitely do not need to work in customer service. You were very unprofessional and very rude from someone who has worked in the fast food industry and has compassion and a listening ear for people that work in the restaurant business.You were absolutely ridiculous.
