- CCCrystal ChenaultSep 20, 20251.09/20/25 around noon I picked up an online order. I needed to ask for some lettuce and tomato on the side. The Worker was making a customer's sandwich very, very slowly so i just ran to the food city next door and bought the toppings. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and the bread is hard as a rock. I check the other 2 sandwiches and they were the same way. Had to microwave them just to be able to eat them. Disappointing since we just wanted cold turkey, ham, and roast beef subs. Every experience at this location get worse and worse. Tried to call multiple times over the next 3 hours to make a complaint and no one ever answered the phone
