  I just want to give a shout out to Alexis (hopefully I spelt her name right) anytime I come through drive t she has the biggest smile on her face and has the best attitude I’ve seen in customer service!

  Today April 2, 2027 My husband and I came through the drive through and the service was poor, we had to repeat the order 3 times and it still wasn’t right when we got to the pay window. We ordered biscuits with sausage egg and cheese. They only had 1 order so we had to pull ahead and wait, by the time they came out with the other one.. the other one was cold plus I ordered sweet tea and it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. I brought it home and made more tea plus added more water and ice so I could drink, first time ever I had a tea from any McDonalds in any state that was like that. I just moved here from Michigan and I don’t plan to Ever come back. I will try another place in town to get breakfast. We are seniors and live on a fixed income so it’s a treat when we can go out for a meal.

  Waited over 20 minutes for am online order. Finally got brought to my car and was missing food so still had to go in. No apologies, no coupon, nothing. Just ridiculous to wait every time for food and it's not checked for accuracy. Maybe have only a manager bagging food and keeping things organized. What they're doing isn't working.

  I ordered and was told itd be brought to my table. It was not and after waiting for a long time I went up to the countet and it had been sitting on the counter becuase they were to lazy to bring it to the table. My smoothie was warm.
