Dear Wendy’s Customer Care,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed this morning at Restaurant #5578. My order (Order #1351552222) was scheduled for 7:55 a.m. with a carry-out pickup time of 8:17 a.m. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations.
Despite scheduling ahead, my order was not ready on time, and I was required to wait. Upon receiving it, the presentation did not resemble the advertised product. The croissant was soggy, and the bacon consisted of only two small, thin, fatty pieces rather than the crisp, layered bacon shown in Wendy’s promotional materials.
Given these issues, I kindly request that this matter be addressed with either a refund or a replacement. I value Wendy’s and hope to see improvements in product quality and consistency moving forward.

Extremely slow service. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes
