  went to drive thru at 10:33 no one in front of me ordered my food was giving my drink and told to pull forward, waited 17 minutes then finally got my food. how is this fast food? it’s always a bad experience when i come

  I observed a female employee, near the food pick drive through area, but also very visible to customers inside, take her right hand and arm and fully place it inside of her pants, on her back right side, and scratch herself. I was advised she was the manager and her name was Billie.

  It is always a hit or miss with this location. I have met several managers that seem to be really great ... There is one lady with blonde hair that is always being borderline rude and very negative about her coworkers and "griping" constantly and it gives such a negative feeling when ordering in ... and it's been multiple occasions... I have worked fast food for over a decade and I know it can be hard and overstimulating but this just deters customers away ... This is a mediocre location with much better service during the lunch and daytime hours compared to evenings ... And I know evenings do not have as many people on their shifts but it doesn't account for the other negative experiences in the late evening hours ...

  I actually like this McDonald's and this comment goes to any customer who thinks they're the only person in that drive-thru ....have you ever thought that maybe the person ahead of you ordered a lot of lunch items or a lot of fries or a lot of stuff that has to be cooked up? You are seriously not the only one and they're not going to skip all of the orders just to make your one small drink or your small item you come to a restaurant you wait. I recommend here
