The lady at the second window was so overwhelmed that she almost dropped my drink handing it to me because the lid popped off. I ordered 2 hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge she couldn't get anyone to help her so when she made them she barely put any hot fudge on them when I paid extra. Something seriously needs to be done in this place.
