Not even during peak hours. I stood around waiting and heard them talking back and forth and finally realized they hadn't made it! No one informing me on what was going on while I awkwardly stood around. Kept waiting while they threw something together real quick that was Sort of like what was ordered but not really and sloppy on top of that. No one informed me in the meantime what was going on until at the end of the transaction where I was given an explanation and an apologize, charged full price for this custom cake that wasn't "exactly" the custom requested and no receipt and no options beforehand in place of the mistake to decide on anything different before the hasty attempt to complete the request.

Dairy Queen is awful unless you like waiting 15 min for a "small hot fudge sundae" melted and the fudge was hard and cold (because it sat around).. Never again. It was awful. No one in drive up 4 other people in the place also waiting for their orders . Sad
