We had the pleasure of speaking with Lindsay, the General Manager. She was very polite, swift to find where the confusion and mishaps started, and eager to apologize. She was such a pleasure to speak with about our concerns. Arby’s located in Lewisburg, TN is in GREAT hands now!!

I had to say hello and excuse me 5 times before they Heard me and they were literally standing 5 ft away. One of the girls was combing through her hair with her fingers while having her head bent over the prep table. All they could say was (my bad we forgot about you) will not ever be returning
