I had to say hello and excuse me 5 times before they Heard me and they were literally standing 5 ft away. One of the girls was combing through her hair with her fingers while having her head bent over the prep table. All they could say was (my bad we forgot about you) will not ever be returning

Some of the sizes weren't right, but did they hear me correctly? Idk there was no receipt, oh well.
