    I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with my order. The order was incomplete, and the employee who handed me my food was rude. I requested Arby’s sauce but did not receive it. Additionally, I paid for a large size but was given a medium instead, and I was not provided with a receipt.

    We had placed an order that was confusing to the new hire employees. So our order had some mishaps. We called Arby’s to discuss the situation. We had the pleasure of speaking with Lindsay, the General Manager. She was very polite, swift to find where the confusion and mishaps started, and eager to apologize. She was such a pleasure to speak with about our concerns. Arby’s located in Lewisburg, TN is in GREAT hands now!!
