  Did a pick up order. Great, fresh and just all together good job. If I have to say anything negative or complain then there was maybe only 2.5 things that I could mention, if I had to. First I was a little put off when I called to order. It was just a very weird call. From the begining it was like I had called a calling center or some place to make a complaint a I'm not trying to offend anyone but the guy wasn't American and that doesn't bother me except the communication part of it. It was as if he was reading a script and when I asked questions there was a pause like he was reading what he had to answer my question and again didn't bother me but what bother me was the guy I don't think knew anything about the company he is placing orders for. This is why it bothered me; I asked if they had a "supreme" like pizza and after a pause he says no them I asked well a deluxe or supreme again he said no. So for a second I was like I know they have more than just cheese and pepperoni. Then all of a sudden he corrects me and says Papa John's has a pizza called "The works" so I had to ask what was the works and it was, by definition a supreme/deluxe pizza with ham added. So I just thought in my mind why didn't he just say their pizza "The Works" was their version plus ham. I don't know why but it just irked me. Second complaint, apparently only a plain cheese pizza and or pepperoni pizza comes in any size. Because other than the cheese and or pepperoni any of pizza is considered a specialty and specialty pizzas only come in large and bigger pizzas. I wanted a medium "the works" and had to get large. Which then meant I was going over budget with my gift card I got for Christmas. Both those things are not this specific stores issue. The only thing about the store was the 0.5 in my 2.5 things there was to complain or just not pleased with and that was it took longer than the 15 to 20 minutes that I was told it would take. Which was probably bc it was a Saturday evening after 6pm, the day before Easter and they were from what I could see not exactly busy but just below busy, maybe more steady pace but all it would have taken was a really big order or a few back to back larger than normal orders and to the weeds they would go. I still give them a 5⭐ bc my complaints aren't due to that particular store or that certain stores employees. The pizza was great, the vibe in the little bitty waiting area was upbeat and the workers were running like a well oiled machine. No yelling or cussing or obnoxiously loud music playing.

  Impolite staff & incredibly slow wait times. Prioritize other orders meanwhile customers are standing inside of the store waiting for over 30 minutes despite ordering ahead of time only to be told you're order is next several times.
