As soon as we shut the car engine off the employees all hid in the back. Confused, me and my friend pulled on the right door— LOCKED. Next, the left door— locked as well. The employees made eye contact as we slowly walked away in dismay. Their hours posted on the building claimed they were open until midnight. Their hours posted online were until 1 AM. We were very disappointed and ended up down the road at a McDonald's which treated us with the upmost respect. I will NOT be returning. Wendy's you just lost a loyal customer.

The drive thru took forever, 13 minutes to be precise, only to be told " We will be with you as soon as we can". Fast food is supposed to be FAST....right? The person on drive thru was very dry, almost rude and didn't seem to even care. She wasn't in uniform, no name tag. This is the second time I have had all these issues. I supported the new store and it being moved but this is not something I can forgive. You will lose customers. Do Better! Too many choices near by and I may not be back.
