  Very very impressed today 3/10/2026 at 12:30pm. Food was great and made to order. Speed was shockingly fast and staff was very friendly and executed my order perfectly. I am impressed with the team at Lenoir City.

  Honestly this Taco Bell never lets me down but I want to give a special shout out to BOOGY!! Thank you for taking the time out of your night to make sure my service was excellent and I received everything in my order I wanted. Your kindness was appreciated after a long day.

  This restaurant is such an incredible disappointment. I got to the window to order at 1:00 on February 23rd. When I got to the window the young man opened the window said my total 14 something. I was having a slightly difficult time getting my debit card out of my wallet. I got it out. Went to hand it to him. He said whatever slam the glass in my face and stomped off to do something else because he was too impatient for me to hand him money. I'm standing there with my card out looking at an empty window because he was so rude. I got so frustrated. I just drove off. I've also ordered food from this place doordash before and if you doordash to this restaurant do not count on getting anything you actually ordered. This place is terrible. Save your money. Go somewhere else

  Almost everytime I want to go they have the inside closed and I see the employees sitting on the tables using computer. If I can eat there somehow they make the food as bad as it can be. I asked if they had changed the fryer oil and I was looked at me like I was dumb for asking with no answer.

  Music was loud and NOT desirable and few employees dancing around floors was wet in dining area didn't get all of order was missing a drink and mini taco salad had no sauce on it one employee had a awful look on her face wanted to know what was wrong with it mexican pizza was not cut on bottom shell some tables was dirty
