Tried to go through the drive-through sat there for over 15 minutes, then went inside and had to wait for about 30 for a cold sandwiches and wrong food not pleasant, will not be back. Don’t even give me a reply Arby’s “Owner”. It was bad.

I ordered from the app and had pick up in drive thru. Service was fast as it was late and no one there. I got home and things from my order was missing. I shouldn’t have to leave my house after expecting to be able to eat while the food was warm. I called to see if I could at least get a coupon for missing items but was told I had to come all the way back for anything to be done.

Came through 1/14 at 645pm
We ordered a double beef and cheddar combo with no red sauce and a deluxe burger combo with no cheese and no burger sauce.
We get home to enjoy our dinner and fries for both combos were cold. Red sauce on the double beef and cheddar and burger sauce and cheese on the burger.
We waited 20 mins and spent 25 dollars on this meal for it to not only be cold when we got home(we live 5 minutes down the road) but incorrect as well.
This isnt the first time we've had issues from this Arbys. Not only is this "fast food" we waited nearly a half hour for BUT it wasnt even correct when we finally did receive it. And im sure we weren't the only ones in line with issues around this time.
The young man at the window didnt appear concerned about what we actually wanted. Friendly but appeared to rush us through the ordering process. If it wasnt already a long day for both my husband and I we would have returned to the store and requested a full refund for this order. We ate what we could stomach of the order AFTER having to microwave it ourselves at home, leaving the majority inedible.
Im not sure if they've had a management change OR are simply lacking in training with newer team members. It appears to me as another case of companies not paying their team members enough to care about their jobs in this economy.

Their soda machine produces carbonated water so bad that you just can not drink it. Go inside to order and check your soft drink before leaving.
