  Mobile Ordered tonight and our subs were cold and not made correctly. They had no ice and all soft drinks were hot. Extremely disappointed

  Seriously the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They never show up on time. Employees are always sitting on their butts or on phones even while taking orders. Not properly changing gloves. Store is so dirty with flies everywhere. Food is all cross contaminated and they could care less. Never have ingredients for main items. Seriously this is why minimum wage in Tennessee is still below 8/hour bc of lazy excuse of employees and managers like this. Whoever owns this franchise should be notified bc this is a health risk and just blatant incompetence and carelessness. Do better. If you don’t want to show up on time at least change your hours. If your store opens at 8. That means you’re there at 730 prepping to take customers at 8 not arriving 845 and making guests wait while you slowly get your act together. Also dress appropriately. You shouldn’t be in crop tops or dirty sweat pants making people food.

  Everything in town was closed except here. They were busy but got my order fixed in a timely manner.

  It was clean and delicious. They also followed food safety protocols without having to be told.
