  We go to Sonic often on the way to school. We've had an excellent car hop the last few weeks named "Mia". Very sweet and helpful, comes with a smile! Just want to give her a shout out!

  The slushies were so chlorinated, they tasted of mango pool water. The chlorine flavor is bitterly lingering in the back of my throat after just one sip.

  Make sure this place gets your order right. When I ordered I had to ask the person to speak up twice because I couldn't hear her. Then I realized the total was way off so I had to wait for someone to get back to me then she said I had ordered both a medium and small cheese tot and a medium tot. I told her no to cancel the med cheese tot she said ok the new total was 1$ less I said something isn't right but she didn't give me time to question She cleared the screen and was gone. When the food was delivered I saw immediately the 4$ over charge I told my server she said she would get it correct and then returned and told me that the person inside said you ordered that. I said I didn't but I could tell I wasn't going to get anywhere with the attitude so I said fine give me the general managers name and number. The server then left and came back and told me it didn't work that way. Very rude. This is not about the 4$ it's about the customer service.

  I've been here before and the service is usually somewhat better, but tonight was ridiculous. I placed a mobile order for 1 large order of mozzarella sticks at 6:44pm (this was after I had already waited 5 minutes in the stall after pushing the red button). I didn't get my order until 7:08. And as I redirected they weren't even hot. Lukewarm was the best way to put it but by the time I finished the last couple they were cold! It may be a while before I try to stop back by here. I love their mozzarella sticks but they aren't worth waiting 30+ minutes for.

  Terrible experience today, placed an online order and showed they were bringing my food out and never did. I pressed the red button 3 times and they never once would answer, I called the store and no answer as well. Suddenly the car hop comes and brings my food and does say anything at all, no apologies or nothing. Overall I waited 30 mins or more for my meal.
