  To the staff member who erroneously declared me as having left without paying and just "comped" my meal while I was in the loo, please let me know, and I'll make it up to you some time. Dem ribs ain't cheap! But they're so worth it. 😋😋😋

  My favorite chain steak house and location. I like the prime rib, with salad and loaded baked potato.

  The trio appetizer looked like it was ordered for someone that had been there earlier in the day and they decided to serve it to us. The server noticed that we were looking at it strange and said well that looks really old let me get you something else and still charged us for an appetizer. We put our meal order in and it showed up an hour and a half later cold. I would have accepted the skeaks being cooked wrong if they were not cold to the touch. I am honestly not one to complain and very easy to satisfy. A manager came over and acted like she didn't know that we had just had a horrible experience. We paid for our meal and left. We will not be back. We should have stopped at the Chili's down the road, there service and food are amazing.

  The steaks are almost like they are lab grown now. Something has not been right with them the last few times we have gotten them. The male server with the dark hair and beard is hateful every time we end up in his section. I don't know what has happened to this place lately. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out raw. My daughter ordered her steak medium, and it came out well done. The server got my mom's sides wrong TWO times, after she had plainly told him what she wanted. Then, he jerked the glass out of my hand to refill it, then shoved it back into my hand to give it back to me. I don't know what his deal is, but he's been like that 2 out of 2 times we have been unfortunate enough to get him. Even my 8 year old was asking why he was being rude to us. Anyways, someone also needs to know that the knives are so old, that the teeth are rounded and won't cut the steaks.
