  Everytime I place order online and it shouldn't matter what I order but these rude people on night shift have something to say everytime yes I ordered 12 sandwiches and 6 fries.....this has been months so and coming from someone who runs their own business they need to reevaluate their management and crew cause customer service is shit!

  90% of the time I go here they miss something in my order or it’s just wrong, today after placing an online order one person a head of me, already at the second window. I pull up to the first window like she asked, sat there for 5mins she didn’t once open the window or even look at me, then after waiting another 5mins behind the car that was at the second window before I even got there. I got served checked the bag everything was good. Except a nugget in my 4 piece. It’s not a big deal it’s the principal I sat there for ten plus mins when my food was already done and they still got it wrong will never be returning get a competent shift for once

  I come to this McDonald’s often & usually have a good experience but I did want to give Brayden at the 1st window in drive thru a shout out! Such a sweet kid & made my night!

  My friend and I came in there 3 nights ago and order 3 doubles 10 pieces nugget 2 combos. We have all been sick for 3 days. The cashier was rude and snappy as well. I will not be going back to this mcdonald's again. We have had multiple orders wrong. For the last 6 months we have ate there often, maybe ones a week, and every order is either missing something, made wrong. This one should be shut down they have people in there that do not use gloves while preparing or handling food. People have worked sick.
