    Tried to order delivery from here twice in the past 30 days. Once on February 15th the other today March 1. On February 15th I ordered online approx 45 minutes prior to close. After placing my order I got a call from the store stating “we’ve already cleaned our oven for the evening.” I without hesitation agreed to switch my order to a cold sandwich. The employee replied “yea we really don’t have time to handle the order.” At that point I could tell I just wasn’t getting order that evening and accepted the refund. Fast forward to today. I order on the app again ar 5:17. My order showed “delivered” yet there was no food at my location. I call the store and they apologized and said it should be there soon and if not to call back at 6 for a cancelation. I wait until 6:11 until I call back. “Oh yea the driver lost your order we are sending another.” It’s over an hour at this point waiting for my freaky fast delivery from hardly 2 miles away. The store employee then offered me a refund again. I stated that would be appreciated. She the said ok let me talk to my manager. I got placed on hold for 10 minutes before I got tired of waiting and hung up. Absolutely horrible customer experience from this location,

    We went through the drive through and ordered two subs. The worker advised me that the toaster was broken and due to bad weather, they were our of a few things before we ordered. She seemed to be the only one there due to snow & Ice. Both subs were perfect and fresh. Thanks for being open !!!
