Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We had stopped here on our way through to Nashville several months ago shortly after they had opened and the food/service was really good. On our way through again we decided to have Whataburger again and this location was easiest for us to stop at. The order taker was rude and not at all polite, friendly or helpful. That by itself isn’t a deal breaker- everyone can have a bad day. But the food was nearly inedible. Flavorless, except for the onion rings which were burnt. The burgers were cold and the drinks were off. I just dumped out my iced tea it was so bad. And be both could only eat half of our burger it was so bad. We will be passing this location by next time we’re on our way through to/from Nashville.

Ordered a delivery order through the official app from this store. Order arrived missing half of the items. Brought order back to the store for a refund and they won't refund and say you have to call the 1800 number. I called the 1800 number twice over the last 2 weeks and still haven't gotten a refund. The crew and management at this store are not helpful and can't resolve the issue.

Not as good as a Texas Whataburger. I've stopped at this location a few times on way back from a game in Knoxville and the food is edible but not great. The burgers never seem hot or fresh and everything seems thrown together. Typically order through app and when they bring it out no hi, thank you or anything. Just hand it off and gone. In Texas I'll go to WB but definitely not this location in TN.
