Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times for food, often exceeding 20 minutes, even when the restaurant was not busy.
Food Quality
While some customers enjoyed the food, others complained about cold or poorly prepared items, indicating inconsistency in food quality.
Customer Service
Feedback on staff behavior was mixed; some praised friendly service, while others reported rude interactions and lack of attention.
Cleanliness
Several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms, suggesting a need for better maintenance.

I would give the restaurant and food 5 stars for what it is. I took a star away because I can tell the city water flavors the tea some and exiting the parking lot is a pain.

Overpriced and overrated and most of them are empty, in fact, one of them in Mount Julie had closed and had not even been open that long. I wonder if In-N-Out Burger might have something to do with this.

As for restaurants, it was efficient service and a clean restaurant. What more do you need for fast food? I’ll tell you…
I stopped with 14 teenagers for lunch on Feb 22. Passing through on a trip. The manager, Alex, brought out a bag full of goodies for the kids. She didn’t have to do that. But the kids loved it! That is how a manger does it better.

I am glad I gave a different location a chance after the Murfreesboro location I last tried didn't leave me happy with the service mind you it was lunch but The one on HWY 109 was really good so I would go back to that one no question!

Are they serious with the wait times for a fast food burger here? They need to take a page from in-n-out or chick-fila, both superior restaurants with way quicker times. Management needs to kick it into gear because this is ridiculous.
