Ordered 2 Double Stacks, add mayo, got 2 overccoked patties on both burgers with only mayo. Mine was at least edible, my husband's was not. It was thrown away. The patties on all 3 burgers were barely fit for the chili, but at least in the chili they'd had some moisture. Who ever was on the grill between 915 and 10 pm needs to be retrained because they're trifling and lazy. My question is would you have eaten what you served me?!?!?!

I said that I wanted a mango pineapple lemonade with my order and the cashier heard strawberry lemonade. The second thing was when I got my food the fries were hard/cold and not fresh. After I left to go home and started eating the nuggets. They were like gummies. Very mushy and disgusting. My appetite is ruined!! The manager Never apologized or acknowledged me at all for the inconvenience. She so rude. I did receive a refund. The is the second time I've had a bad experience here with the same manager. Working with the public is not a good job for her because she doesn't like to communicate with people who choose to spend their money at this location. I am and amongst others are the reason you even have a job. The first time I ever came here when I ordered my food the hamburger bun with pieces together because it was ripped apart. The hamburger was made very sloppy. I threw up in the drive thru tonight because of the gummy texture chicken nuggets. I don't think the nuggets were done all the way. Please spend your money elsewhere.
