  Stopped in for dinner with my son. Prices are good for the most part, selection isn't too bad, the store is a bit dated and uncomfortable. The people were awesome! Top notch service. My son's meal was wrong, they fixed it free of charge. Not the worst place to eat, but not the best either.

  You can't deny that Taco Bell serves good food that adds flavor to your appetite. However, the establishment at 1672 West Main Street, Lebanon, TN has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The Taco Bell app is worthless when you set a time of 5:30pm to pick up your food and at 5:45pm, they finally have it ready. About 5 minutes of that time is standing at the counter with no one acknowledging you. Not a single, "I'll be right with you." One person looked at me then turned to the other employees and asked, "who is supposed to be at the counter?" Someone replied with, "you." So, he waddles over to the counter, starts logging into the system and still doesn't acknowledge a paying customer. I could have saved him time if he asked how he could help because I would have told him I was there to pick up a prepaid order. None of the employees at this location are worth the money to work there. Complete and total staffing failure. This experience has happened more than once. I just finally got fed up enough to leave my first bad review on Google.

  Every time I order good here it’s either hard, not made correctly or just thrown together. Yall really need to have better service. I’ve done 9 years in fast food, this is unacceptable and will not be ordering food again from either location in Lebanon TN

  I love taco bell, you love taco, we all love taco bell. But weve all had that one or two experiences where its been less than favorable or the order is wrong. Tonight was one of those situations, im exhausted, barely able to coherently order, my wife has a dairy allergy. I order our food and hers specifically with no cheese or sour cream. They got everything else right but there was cheese on my wifes chalupas. I kindly inform the drive threw lady, they promise theyll fix it. And they do with no hesitation, i pulled into a parking spot to wait for the fix. The AGM Evan Ruth, good lord almighty! That man, he is a leader and im so happy he was there. Not only did he bring the food to our car, he asked if weve ever had the fresca menu, now i have but it isnt very popular and ive ordered it once. He informed us that when your order something fresca style, the employees and managers know that mean 86 the dairy and add pico, at no extra charge. So now not only do i love this location and have visited many times, but im now equipped with the knowledge to order my wifes food with less effort, and a confidence that it will come out not killing her.
