  The lady who made my sandwich was amazing and super nice! However, an old man came into the store and he had a visible wet spot on his pants where he had an accident and i saw may of the employees whispering about him, one of the workers came out of the employee area and came up to me and my friend and was smiling about the situation asking us if we “saw it too.” everyone was very nice but the situation if the worker coming out to customers to discuss others situations deeply bothered me.

  Hats off to Deborah for running a very smooth show. She came thru for me at last minute with a large sub tray on a Sunday afternoon and she did an amazing job! Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service should get her a raise! Thanks again for an A+ experience!

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The employees were extremely rude except the person making the sandwich was nice.

  I won't ever go back in this store. I have never treated with such disrespect anywhere I've ever been. The woman came out from the back cussing like a sailor using the "F" word like she was at home. She walked across the line without even looking at me and says "what bread." I just stood there not realizing she was talking to me. She looks at me and says what bread again and I tell her wheat. She grabs the bread and what do you want. I look at the brad knowing it was multigrain and ask her if that was wheat. With attitude she says "yes it is." First off I'm not blind I can see that it's multigrain because wheat doesn't have big pieces of grain in it and wheat is a different color than multigrain and second I worked at Subway years ago so I've seen enough of the bread to know the difference. I had already told her what cheese I wanted but with more attitude she asked me again. Then she picked the sandwich up and slammed it down asking me what I wanted on it. I told her lettuce then she says what else, I tell her tomatoes and pickles then again she says what else. I told her mayo and salt and walked to the register. She acted like she was pissed off for having to do her job while she was wrapping my sandwich. She punched the screen on the register ringing up my sandwich, she didn't even ask if wanted a drink or chips then told my total. I ran my debit card and she shoved my sandwich at me and said have a good night with a scowl on her face. They close at 9pm, it was 8:35pm when I walked in the door and it was about 8:40pm when I walked out the door. So it's not like I walked in at 8:55p asking for 100 footlongs. If you don't want to be treated like dirt don't go in there. I never will again and I deliver for UberEats so I'll make sure to pass the word to my customers not to order there or eat there.

  Deborah is "let alone" in quotes why the Place Stands in Great Shape! Veggies and meats are always cold; colder than other subways I've been too! And a clean Place.
