Definitely a disappointing meal for $100. Sounds like some inconsistencies during shift change? Let employees finish what their working on before leaving/starting to avoid these issues. Also to mention, staff need to be more professional and handle outside conversations elsewhere. A few spoke about difficult customers etc. Won't be coming back to this location and that's unfortunate as we travel this route often.
