There was way too much lettuce thrown on the sandwich. I ordered a combo. I didn't know you had to specify "Hot Fries." Since I ate my meal on site, I expected my fries to be hot. Not at this location. Finally, while I don't use much Ketchup with my fries, I do use some. There was no ketchup readily available for the customer. I remember a time when, if you ordered fries, they'd provide you with several packets. Sadly, but at this location. I do understand the mentality behind cost- cutting/ saving, but how much are you saving when your decisions cost you customers?

Totally unacceptable service and unprofessional management.
