My wife strongly prefers ranch, but we made do and selected honey mustard. I was pulled over for fries, which meant they would be fresh—a small win. After a 15-minute wait, they brought me the wrong bag and no honey mustard. I asked for the sauce again. When I offered to get it myself, an employee told me they were out of honey mustard. I then asked for the ranch used on their snack wrap, and she bizarrely claimed the ranch snack wrap doesn't come with ranch. Frustrated, I decided to take ketchup instead and asked them to remake the food since they had handed my order to someone else previously. They took my bag, tossed it onto the counter, and I stood there for another 15 minutes. The employee took both the new bag and the old one to the back. Assuming she wasn't being watched, she put the old food into the new bag. I was furious but too tired to argue, so I took the bag and threw it away at the Wendy's down the road. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I wish I had gotten their names, but I will never return to that location; I will stick to the location by Walmart from now on.
