Poor customer service etiquette. Watching people get served while im asked to use a prompt to order food. Birthday boy get what he wanted but no one else ordered. Your loss.

Took our granddaughters for lunch after church. Employees were pleasant and the restaurant was very clean in the front. Clean dining area, clean play area clean restrooms . We thanked the kind maintenance gentleman that was there for all of his hard work. You can tell someone is working to make this McDonald’s better. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch.

I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals in the drive-through, but they were out of every sauce except buffalo and honey mustard. My wife strongly prefers ranch, but we made do and selected honey mustard. I was pulled over for fries, which meant they would be fresh—a small win.
After a 15-minute wait, they brought me the wrong bag and no honey mustard. I asked for the sauce again. When I offered to get it myself, an employee told me they were out of honey mustard. I then asked for the ranch used on their snack wrap, and she bizarrely claimed the ranch snack wrap doesn't come with ranch. Frustrated, I decided to take ketchup instead and asked them to remake the food since they had handed my order to someone else previously.
They took my bag, tossed it onto the counter, and I stood there for another 15 minutes. The employee took both the new bag and the old one to the back. Assuming she wasn't being watched, she put the old food into the new bag. I was furious but too tired to argue, so I took the bag and threw it away at the Wendy's down the road. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I wish I had gotten their names, but I will never return to that location; I will stick to the location by Walmart from now on.
