They were asked a second question & didn't know the answer or take the time to help us. My drink was mostly milk and barely tasted like a coffee drink. A staff member was eating & drinking at the serving counter and didn't wash hands before serving inbound customers.

When i finally got it there was cinnamon sprinkled on top of my chocolate mocha (which I never asked for, so I asked for the lady to make me a new one without cinammon). She ended up giving me my correct order but only after giving me so much attitude. I left feeling very unconfortable.
