  My steak in my bowl was very salty and the chips were salty. Also, I spent $30 for one meal that I couldn't eat. Not going back to this or any Chipotle. I prefer taco bell.

  The taste of the food was not bad, but not great. Salty and the chicken was mostly hard. Smaller portion than from usual Chipotle locations. There was not enough rice and the black beans are mushy. Will go back to Mt Juliet. Hopefully they improve over time

  This was by far the worst Chipotle we have used. The portion size for the cost is HORRENDOUS. It’s so bad that we had make sandwiches at home just to make up for it. Our kids quesadillas tasted as if some kind of chemical was on, maybe from the containers. The rice was super dry and also tasted weird. All this for 2 bowels, with hardly anything inside, and 2 kids meals that tasted gross, for almost 50 bucks. I did give two stars as the lady working the drive through window was nice. We usually use the Hendersonville location with great food and service. This location was just bad. Unfortunately, we will NOT be using this location again anytime soon. Yall just opened and this is already horrible experience.

  If I could do zero. That's what this place deserves. Crunchy rice. Everything was so dang dry, I went with barbacoa. The staff was so frugal I thought I was going through the great depression. I'm sure it's because they didn't wanna cook anything fresh. But the price tag.... Yowzzzzers! That's year 2095 for what I got.

  I don’t know if I have ever written a Google review and certainly not a negative one but here I am. We frequent Chipotle often as my kids really enjoy the food. We have always gone to the MJ location and while it’s seemingly not as good with portions and quality as it once was, it is a heck of a lot better than the newest location(s). I picked up my 2 bowl order a few minutes ago via drive through. Told employee my name, she found my bag, handed it to me, I grabbed it and then she asked for it back. She felt it and said she was just making sure that there were 2 bowls in there. Now I know why she questioned if that were the case. These are my bowls upon opening them for the first time. In case you are wondering - bowl 1 should have been EXTRA white rice and EXTRA black beans. Bowl 2 should have been white rice, cheese and DOUBLE chicken. This has gotten absolutely out of control and the amount of money that is charged for what is given is asinine. I’d love to speak to a real person instead of the freaking Pepper AI chat but that is also impossible. I get they have been open maybe a few days (?) but this is the new norm across all locations (looking at you Rutland Road location). It seems my experience is one shared across the board amongst customers of these locations and I normally keep these things to myself but if I am going to continue patronizing these places something needs to change for all of us, immediately.
