I have a love hate relationship with Bojangles. Great quality food but service is a hit or miss. I swear every 3rd or 4th time I go to get some Bo, they forget something, and i dont even eat Bo that much! Bo is my treat, my cheat day. Its not just this location, from Mid Tenn to ATL, GA. And everytime i call about the issues all they say they can do is take my name down so they can give me my items on my next trip. Every time I go to get some Bo, its out of my way.l, im not driving hours for some Bo Rounds. Do better Bo, DO BETTER!

Probably the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. They are extremely slow, even when they’re not busy. No one seems to give a crap about making sure the order is right. And they’re always out of everything. Sorry but this location will not get my money anymore.

If you want proof that hustle and pride still matter, stop by the Bojangles in Lebanon, Tennessee. The staff was moving with purpose—focused, fast, and genuinely on top of their game. The manager clearly takes real professional pride in running a tight ship, and it shows in everything from the efficiency behind the counter to the quality of the food coming out. Let’s talk about those Chicken Supremes. I’ve been eating at Bojangles locations all across the region for more than 30 years, and I don’t say this lightly: the Supremes here are squarely in my top three of all time. Hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy! Honestly, these fools sitting in pileup traffic at In-N-Out for a nostalgic, but ultimately underwhelming burger is laughable! This Bojangles is quietly delivering excellence without the circus.

The restaurant sucks. Out of everything the AI speaker doesn’t work kept adding things took a while to order and still had the order wrong: . We parked went to restroom saw a lady waiting over 10 min for her order. 3 items we wanted they didn’t have. We canceled our order going somewhere else.

If Bojangles had a fan club, my family would be the president, vice president, and treasurer. Let me set the scene: we walked in hungry, mildly cranky, and with a kid who insisted they “weren’t gonna eat anything.” Fast-forward 10 minutes and that same child was dancing in the booth like they just discovered joy for the first time. That’s the Bojangles effect. First off, the biscuits. Oh. My. Goodness. These things aren’t just biscuits—they’re tender, buttered clouds of happiness. If a biscuit could hug you, this one would. I’m convinced they bake them using a combination of southern charm and actual magic. And the chicken tenders… listen. I’m not saying I made questionable public noises while eating them, but I absolutely made questionable public noises while eating them. Crispy, juicy perfection. Each bite was like a tiny choir of angels singing in spicy harmony. My kid devoured everything in sight and asked if we could move in. I said no, but only because I’m not sure they allow that. (If they ever start offering long-term residency, call me.) Bottom line: Bojangles is the hero we didn’t know we needed, serving joy one buttery bite at a time. Highly recommend.
