It's pretty high priced but a nice cold twist on an already brilliant snack. The restaurant was clean and well set up and smelled wonderfully of buttery, fresh waffle cones. The guy at the register was good at high job and highly respectful.

I have been asked by staff previously to call ahead if I am to place a large order and have been doing this for months at this location and various other locations. I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service here today.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
